Effective Stress Management
Effective Stress Management Training
Some pressure is part of work. Sustained, unmanaged stress is a different thing and it's expensive, in absence, mistakes and people walking away.
This course does two things at once: it makes a real difference to your team's wellbeing, and it keeps them away from their desks for as little time as possible.
Rather than hand out generic advice, the course helps each person build their own practical plan — identifying their specific stressors and forming new habits to protect their wellbeing and keep performing.
What your team will take away:
-
A clear understanding of how stress affects the body, mind and performance
-
Their own toolkit of techniques that fit their life
-
Practical habits to protect their wellbeing long term
The details: Online or face to face · £200 per person.
