This policy explains how Delamill Wellbeing Solutions ("Delamill", "I",
"me") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit this
website, buy The Effective SHEDS Course, or sign up to my emails.
Delamill Wellbeing Solutions is the data controller.

What I collect
- Details you give me: your name, email address, and anything you include
when you contact me or enrol.
- Purchase information: what you bought and when. Card payments are handled
securely by my payment provider — I do not see or store your full card
details.
- Usage data: basic information about how you use the site and course
(such as pages visited and course progress), collected through cookies
and my platform provider.
Why I use it, and my lawful basis
- To provide the course and your access to it, and to handle your purchase
— necessary to perform our contract.
- To answer your enquiries — my legitimate interests, or steps taken at
your request.
- To send you marketing emails about Delamill's work, only where you have
asked to receive them — consent. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To meet accounting and legal obligations — legal obligation.
Who I share it with
I do not sell your data. I share it only with the service providers who
help me run Delamill and who act on my instructions:
- Wix — website hosting, course platform and checkout.
- [Payment provider — e.g. Wix Payments / PayPal] — to process payments.
- MailerLite — to send emails, where you have subscribed.
I may also disclose data where the law requires it.
International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, appropriate
safeguards (such as UK-approved standard contractual clauses) are in place.
How long I keep it
I keep your data only as long as needed — for the life of your course
access, and for any period required for accounting and legal reasons
(usually up to 6 years for financial records) — then I delete it.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to: access your data; correct it;
delete it; restrict or object to its use; or receive a copy to reuse. To
exercise any of these, email simon@delamillwellbeingsolutions.com. You also
have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office
(ico.org.uk).
